Most patches ship from US inventory in lightweight mailers so the embroidery stays clean and flat. Please confirm your address before checkout to avoid carrier delays.
If the wrong item arrives, a patch is damaged on arrival, or a listing detail does not match, send the order number and a clear photo. Used, ironed-on, sewn-on, cut, washed, or altered patches may not be returnable.
Most embroidered patches have iron-on backing. For bags, hats, jackets, and washable items, stitch around the border after pressing for the strongest hold. Sizes are approximate and listed in inches where available.
