If the wrong item arrives, a patch is damaged on arrival, or a listing detail does not match, send the order number and a clear photo. Used, ironed-on, sewn-on, cut, washed, or altered patches may not be returnable.
Most embroidered patches have iron-on backing. For bags, hats, jackets, and washable items, stitch around the border after pressing for the strongest hold. Sizes are approximate and listed in inches where available.
